General terms and conditions (AGB)

1. Scope

These terms apply to the Soly platform, operated by Magdy Tadros, Spittal an der Drau, Austria. Soly is intended for businesses, especially independent sales representatives.

2. Services

The CRM (partners, leads, pipeline, notes, calendar) is free forever with no subscription. AI lead search may be charged in future through optional lead packs; prices are shown clearly before any purchase.

3. Account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secret. Every account is a private workspace.

4. AI results

Leads are researched from public web sources. We aim for accuracy but give no guarantee. You are responsible for contacting leads lawfully (e.g. GDPR, unfair competition law).

5. Acceptable use

No abusive automated mass use, no spam and no unlawful content.

6. Liability

Liability only for intent and gross negligence, as far as the law allows.

7. Termination

You can have your account deleted at any time.

8. Law and venue

Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Sales Convention. Place of jurisdiction is Spittal an der Drau.
